Warrior Fitness Classes

This is boot camp’s bigger, badder, older brother. Combine fat incinerating high intensity intervals with strength, core, MMA Conditioning and Martial Arts exercises. This 60 minute heart pumping work out will sculpt your body into the chiseled warrior you’ve always wanted to be! Burn more calories; lose weight; re-shape your body all while having a tremendous amount of fun. Combining elements of Combative Cardio, Interval Training, Core Conditioning, Plyometrics, Warrior Yoga, and Strength Training all in one action packed session.

Sound too Intense for You?
This class is designed for most fitness levels. Thanks to our small class sizes, you get personal instruction instead of being lost in the big class. So no matter what your fitness level, you can participate in this class at Your level - no matter how high or low that may be.

• have fun while sweating off a few extra pounds

Monday Evenings ~ 8:15pm to 9:15pm
