
Want to bring out your inner warrior? This 50 minute heart pumping work out will sculpt your body into the chiseled warrior you’ve always wanted to be! Burn more calories; lose weight; re-shape your body all while having a tremendous amount of fun. Combining elements of Combative Cardio, Interval Training, Core Conditioning, Plyometrics, Warrior Yoga, and Strength Training all in one action packed session.

This class is designed for most fitness levels. Thanks to the small class sizes, you get personal instruction. So no matter what your fitness level, you can participate in this class at Your level - no matter how high or low that may be.

Monday Evenings ~ 8:15pm to 9:05pm
Wednesday Evenings ~ 6:30pm to 7:20pm
Every 2nd & 4th Saturdays ~ 9am - 9:50am (Class cancelled on May 12)
