Fitness Kickboxing is one of the hottest trends in the fitness industry today. Even though kickboxing is a competitive full contact sport, most people are attracted to fitness kickboxing for it's fitness benefits. The cardiovascular, toning, conditioning and motor skill enhancements gained make fitness kickboxing a tremendous option to burn 800+ calories while kicking and punching away your stress and extra pounds.

Classes Times:
Wednesdays ~ 6:30-7:30pm
Saturdays ~ 8:45am - 9:45am

Kickboxing Workshop

Having fun in Warrior Kickboxing class and want to take your skill up a notch? Learn real Boxing/Kickboxing punch and kick techniques as well as actual combinations designed by a Certified Competitive Boxing/Kickboxing Coach and Certified Personal Trainer. From the warm-up, hand wrapping, stance, footwork, boxing & kickboxing drills and combinations utilizing focus pads and partner training, abs routine and cool down stretches. MMA Conditioning Workshop

MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) is the newest phenomenon to sweep North America. Learn real MMA conditioning training, striking techniques, combinations and floor bag work designed by a Certified Competitive Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Coach and Certified Personal Trainer for the ultimate in authenticity and fitness. This workshop includes authentic MMA drills including rope training, obstacle course, agility training, cardio training, strength training, boxing & kicking focus pad training and ground’n pound floor bag work into a rigorous training program.
