Fitness Kickboxing Level 3 Instructor Course

Sunday June 25 9am-5pm

For the advanced Trainer/Instructor. Learn "real" kickboxing punch and kick techniques as well as actual combinations designed by a Certified Competitive Kickboxing Coach and Certified Personal Trainer. From the warm-up, hand wrapping, stance, footwork, boxing and kickboxing drills and combinations utilizing focus pads and partner training, abs routine and cool down stretches. This workshop is designed for the ultimate in authenticity and fitness ensuring a safe and efficient class or personal training session. Complex multi strike combination and techniques beyond the basics will be taught in this course. The Level 1 and Level 2 Fitness Kickboxing Instructor courses are a prerequisite for this course.

Sunderland Warrior Fitness Classes

Warrior Fitness Class
Want to bring out your inner warrior? This 60 minute heart pumping work out will sculpt your body into the chiseled warrior you’ve always wanted to be! Combining elements of Combative Cardio, Interval Training, Plyometrics, Core Conditioning, Warrior Yoga, and Strength Training all in one action packed session.

Chi Kung Weekly Classes
