Hoshin Classes
Hoshin classes on self-protection, meditation,
energy work and chi kung at the Kawartha Hoshin
Training Centre in Lindsay three times a week.
Thursday
nights 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM - open class for all belt levels
Saturday mornings 10AM-11:30AM
- open class for all belt levels

NEW Warrior Sculpting Fitness Class
Want to bring out your inner warrior? This 50 minute heart pumping work out will sculpt your body into the chiseled warrior you’ve always wanted to be! Combining elements of Combative Cardio, Interval Training, Plyometrics, Core Conditioning, Warrior Yoga, and Strength Training all in one action packed session. (more info)

NEW Warrior Chi Kung (Yoga / Chi Kung) Class
Enjoy inner peace, tranquility, and healing while strengthening and stretching your body. This unique 50 minute class is based on principles of chi kung, combined with warrior yoga postures and stretching. (more info)
