Warrior Chi Kung

Amazing New Yoga / Chi Kung Class
Enjoy inner peace, tranquility, and healing while strengthening and stretching your entire body. This unique 50 minute class is based on principles of chi kung, combined with warrior yoga postures and stretching. Warrior Chi Kung is a physical and mental discipline that builds focus, increases flexibility, heals the mind and body, all while creating an inner and outer balance.
Classes Times:
Every 1st & 3rd Saturdays each Month ~ 9am - 9:50am
